- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no purchase obligation, contract for services, or guaranteed beta/early access — access is granted in waves at our discretion.
- One entry per family/email. Duplicate or automated entries may be removed.
- "Founding family" badges and launch surprises are goodwill benefits, not contractual entitlements.
- You may leave anytime (see Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Website (or any future platform) for any unlawful purpose under Indian law, including the IT Act 2000;
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or submit a child's data without being their parent/legal guardian;
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, breach or circumvent security of the Website;
- Upload or transmit harmful, obscene, infringing or child-unsafe content (see Child Safety Policy);
- Use bots or automation on forms or access points.

All content on this Website — text, design, graphics, the Nappilos Educations logo, lesson concepts and code — is owned by or licensed to Nappilos and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nappilos and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website.
